Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

**Title:** RN – Medical-Surgical / MS-Telemetry / PCU (float position) **Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year RN experience - Georgia RN license or Compact license required - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Experience with Epic charting system - Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation - Stepdown/PCU care experience - Vascular access skills (peripheral IV, PICC, central line care) - Respiratory support experience (HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, non-invasive airway management, tracheostomy care) - Management of feeding tubes, chest tubes, surgical drains - Blood product administration and phlebotomy skills **Compliance / Notes:** - Pre-approved time off: 1 day per contract - Orientation: 24 hours (plus variable non-billable modules determined by contract length) - Uniform: Navy blue scrubs required - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
