**RN – Renal Medical-Surgical**
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year relevant RN experience
- RN licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission
- Required certification: BLS
- Charting system experience: Epic required
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adults and geriatric patients with renal-related medical-surgical conditions.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapy.
- Perform pre/post hemodialysis management and care for patients with feeding tubes, chest tubes, and ostomies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
**Compliance / Notes**
- Orientation duration: Approximately 12 hours.
- Request Time Off (RTO): Maximum 7 days per contract.
- Travelers are expected to work major holidays as scheduled.
