Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Tele

**Title** Telemetry RN – Cardiac Telemetry **Schedule** - Ratio: 1:5 (days/nights/weekends) - Weekends: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period **Requirements** - License: GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission - Certifications: BLS, ACLS - Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience; charge nurse experience preferred - EMR: Epic **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide direct patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit. - Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias. - Manage post-MI, pre/post cardiac catheterization, and surgery care. - Administer and monitor cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration). - Perform care for pacemaker patients and post-procedure cardiac patients. - Provide support for non-invasive airway procedures and oxygen therapy. **Compliance / Notes** - Orientation: 24 hours onsite; non-billable orientation hours vary by contract length. - RTO: Max 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission. - Flu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). - Documentation deadline: All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start.
