**Title:** Surgical Assistant **Schedule:** Days, 8 hours, 40 per week **Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week **Requirements:** - Experience in assisting during surgical procedures - Knowledge of surgical equipment and supplies - Understanding of patient safety protocols in the perioperative phase **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures. - Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during surgeries. - Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care. - Participate in patient care planning and assessment. - Support nursing treatment and care as needed.
