**Title** RN – Nurse Lead **Schedule** Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week **Requirements** - Active RN License - Experience in a leadership role preferred - Ability to assess and improve quality of patient care **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide unit-based leadership while collaborating with team members and medical staff. - Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel using professional discretion. - Ensure all patients receive cost-effective, professional care leading to positive outcomes. - Assess the quality of patient experience and implement improvement strategies. - Maintain the highest level of patient safety on the unit.
