**Title:** RN - Nurse Lead
**Schedule:** Days, 12 hours
**Assignment Details:**
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
**Requirements:**
- Current RN License
- Relevant experience in nursing leadership
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing and ancillary personnel.
- Ensure patients receive cost-effective, professional care leading to positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
- Assess and implement strategies to improve quality of patient experience and safety.
