Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Acute Care

**Title:** Nurse Manager – Nursing **Schedule:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 **Requirements:** - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required - AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required - AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required - Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required - Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required - Five years' technical experience: Preferred - Master's Degree: Preferred - Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification: Preferred **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services. - Supervise and direct unit personnel while ensuring quality patient care. - Initiate and coordinate conferences with health team members, patients, and families to revise care plans. - Foster an environment focused on patient and family-centered care. - Monitor patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes and high patient satisfaction. - Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues as needed. **Compliance / Notes:** - Night Shift
