### Join Our Team as a Long Term Care CNA! - **Position:** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - **Specialty:** Long Term Care (LTC) - **Shift Options:** - Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - Note: Caregivers typically do not rotate between shifts, maintaining either Days or Nights. - **Requirements:** - **Previous Travel Experience Required** - Alaska CNA license must be pending or already submitted. - Documentation of application submission required. - Valid CNA license from another state is essential. - Verification of completion of a formal CNA training program required (certificate/transcript). - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Assignment Duration:** 13 or 26 weeks (Traveler's Choice) - **Patient Ratios:** 1:20 - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year - **First Timers:** Not accepted - **Certifications Required:** BLS - **Food Certification:** All caregivers must obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification during orientation (one-time $10 fee). - **Skills Required:** - Proven experience in Long Term Care - **On-Call Requirement:** No - **Floating Requirement:** Yes, within scope to meet facility needs. - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted — permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility. - **RTO Restrictions:** - No more than 2 weeks of RTO for 26 week contracts. - Preference for travelers who can work holidays. - All RTO requests must be submitted with application; late requests won’t be considered. - **Guaranteed Hours:** - 72 hours per 2 weeks - Traveler may be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks. - **Facility Experience:** - Type: Long Term Care Facility - Total Staffed Beds: 40 - Scrub Color: Any - Charting System: ECS - Free parking available. - **Transportation:** - Facility provides shuttle transportation to/from Anchorage at contract start/end. - Local shuttle service available in Seward for convenience. --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
