**Join Our Team as a Long Term Care CNA!** - **Previous Travel Experience Required** - **Alaska CNA License**: Must have submitted application (documentation required). - Pending license accepted if: - Valid CNA license in another state. - Verification of completion of formal CNA training program (certificate, transcript, etc.). - **Start Date**: ASAP - **Shift**: 4x12 Variable - Caregivers do not rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent needs). - Shifts will be scheduled based on facility needs. - **Duration**: Choose between 26 or 13-week assignment. - **Ratios**: 1:20 - **Experience Required**: Minimum of 1 year. - **First Timers**: Not accepted. - **Certifications Required**: BLS. - **Alaska Food Worker Certification**: - Obtain during onsite orientation (one-time $10 fee, not required prior to start). - **Skills Required**: - Long Term Care (LTC) Experience. - **On-Call Requirement**: No. - **Floating Within Scope**: Yes, to meet facility needs. - **Block Schedule Accommodation**: No. - **Local Candidates**: Not accepted (must reside at least 50 miles away). - **RTO Restrictions**: - No more than 2 weeks RTO for a 26-week contract. - Preference for candidates willing/able to work any holidays. - All RTO must be included with submission. - **Guaranteed Hours**: - 72 hours per 2 weeks. - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks. - **Facility Information**: - Type: Long Term Care Facility. - Total Staffed Beds: 40. - Scrub Color: Any. - Charting: ECS. - Parking: Free. - **Transportation**: - Shuttle service to and from Anchorage at contract start and end. - Local shuttle in Seward for local transportation. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
