Shift Type: 4x12 Variable (Days or Nights)

Assignment Details

Duration: Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license in another state if AK CNA license is pending.
• Documentation of submitted Alaska CNA license application.
• Verification of completion of a formal CNA training program.
• 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Compliance / Notes

All caregivers must obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification, which will be provided during on-site orientation. RTO restrictions apply: no more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26-week contract.
