Schedule

4x12 variable shifts with either Days or Nights, depending on facility needs.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 26 or 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks. Travelers can be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license in another state
• Documentation of Alaska CNA license application submitted
• Verification of completion of a formal CNA training program
• 1 year of LTC experience required
• Certifications: BLS required
• All caregivers must obtain Alaska Food Worker Certification

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas
• Document care provided in the electronic health record

Compliance / Notes

Parking is free. All RTO must be sent with submittal, and no more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26-week contract. Preference is for travelers to be willing/able to work holidays.
