**Join Our Team as a Long Term Care CNA!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - **Shift Options:** - Night Shift: 4x12 Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - Day Shift: 4x12 Hour (07:00 - 19:30) - **Requirements:** - Previous Travel Experience Required - Must have submitted Alaska CNA license application. **Pending applications accepted** with documentation: - Valid CNA license from another state - Verification of completion of a formal CNA training program (certificate, transcript, etc.) - **Certification Requirements:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Alaska Food Worker Certification (obtained during orientation, $10 fee) - **Experience:** - Minimum 1 year LTC experience - First-time travelers not accepted - Ratios: 1 caregiver to 20 residents - **Contract Details:** - Duration: Traveler's Choice of 13 or 26 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks (can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift every 2 weeks) - No RTO restrictions, but maximum 2 weeks of RTO considered for 26-week contract - Preference for availability during holidays - **Work Environment:** - Float within the scope to meet facility needs - Free parking available - Scrub color: Any - Charting System: ECS - Local shuttle service provided - **Additional Information:** - Caregivers are not required to rotate between night and day shifts, but occasional exceptions may apply for urgent staffing needs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
