Mid 5x8-Hour Shift (14:00 - 22:00), Every Other Weekend Coverage

Assignment Details

Contract Length: Per facility need

Requirements

• Licensed LVN / LPN
• 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
• Must be located greater than 75 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care unit
• Monitor and manage patient health status
• Assist with daily living activities and patient mobility
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and family
• Administer medications and document care provided
