**Requirements**
- NY LPN Licensure
- BLS (AHA or RQI only)
- 1 year of experience as an LPN
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Collect and communicate data relevant to residents’ physical and psychosocial conditions.
- Assist in creating and revising developmentally appropriate care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in the mentoring and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice.
**Compliance / Notes**
- Must run through the holiday season.
- Must be able to start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday.
