Scheduling Details

Shift hours will be 5 days a week, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. This position is a 13-week contract.

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend is required.
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.
• Call-Off Policy: The client may cancel up to three shifts during the contract period without incurring charges.
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted.
• Locals: Local candidates are accepted, with adjusted compensation.

Charting Information

EPIC experience is required for charting in this role.

Unit Details and Responsibilities

• Ratios: Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:10.
• Unit Setting: Nursing facility/nursing home.
• Floating: May be required to float within skillset.
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white.

Licensing and Certifications

• Required License: Must hold an active New York Single State LPN license (pending licenses are not accepted).
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
