Scheduling Details

• Shift Hours: 5x8, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed
• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
• Locals Accepted: Yes, local candidates will receive adjusted compensation

Charting

• Charting Software: EPIC experience required
• Requests: RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests must be submitted upon application

Call Off Policy

• The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

Required License and Certifications

• License: Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (New York is not part of the Compact Agreement)
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Unit Details and Responsibilities

• Patient Ratios: 1:10
• Unit Type: Nursing Facility/Nursing Home
• Floating: Will be required to float within skillset as necessary
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
