**TITLE** Nursing – Rehabilitation **SCHEDULE** Weekend coverage: every other week **ASSIGNMENT DETAILS** Contract Length: Not specified Guaranteed Hours: Not specified **REQUIREMENTS** - NY Nursing License required - Minimum 1 year nursing experience - BLS certification required - EPIC charting experience required - Patient ratio experience: 1:10 - Key clinical skills: wound care/VACs, IV/PICC care, nephrostomy care, post-op ortho/cardiac care, vital signs, basic medication administration, rehab care **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record **COMPLIANCE / NOTES** - Orientation: 16 hours - Pre-approved time off: 1 shift (per contract) - COVID-19 vaccine: Not required - Background checks: reviewed case-by-case
