Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

**Title** Operating Room Registered Nurse **Requirements** - Minimum 3 years of experience in the Operating Room - Active RN license in California, required at the time of submission - BLS certification - Updated supervisory references (2 from within the past year, must be supervisor or higher - Charge RN references not accepted) **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures. - Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth and efficient surgical operations. - Participate in pre-operative assessments and postoperative care. - Maintain a sterile field and assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and supplies. - Monitor patient vitals and respond to any immediate medical needs. - Support the surgical team by performing scrub and/or circulator duties as required. **Compliance / Notes** - Orientation: 40 hours - Pre-approved time off: 2 days (must be submitted at the time of submission) - Max return-to-office (RTO): 10 days; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment; must be included at submission - COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required (no exemptions) - Facility-level compliance modules must be completed pre-start and annually.
