Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

**Title** Registered Nurse – Home Health **Schedule** - Shift start: 0800 - Weekends: Required (approximately every 4 weeks) - On-call: Required **Requirements** - Active RN license in the state required - Minimum 2 years of home health experience with high-volume caseloads - 1 year of previous home health travel experience required - Recent OASIS experience required - BLS certification required **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics in a home health setting. - Perform wound care management, including V.A.C. management and dressing changes. - Administer IV therapy and manage peripheral/central lines. - Conduct start-of-care visits and routine patient assessments. - Monitor medication administration and anticoagulant therapy. - Ensure compliance with patient care plans and documentation standards. **Compliance / Notes** - Flu vaccine required; no exemptions. - Mandatory pre-start modules (non-billable, up to ~2 hours) must be completed. - Maximum return-to-office time is 10 days; none within the first 2 weeks.
