Registered Nurse – Home Health

Schedule

Day shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00). Alternate weekend shifts may be required based on needs.

Assignment Details

Self-scheduled home visits, averaging 6-8 visits per day. Flexibility in daily hours based on client and HomeCare office needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
• Infusion experience necessary.
• OASIS training and experience required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Experience with IV skills and wound care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• COVID vaccination or approved exemption required; flu vaccination also required with mandatory mask-wearing while at work.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiopulmonary assessments and basic wound care.
• Manage ABI compression and wound vac dressings.
• Provide Pleurx and Aset drains care, foley catheter management, and staple/suture removal.
• Utilize glucometers and pro-time machines; perform lab draws and venipunctures.
• Administer SQ/IM injections and manage PICC line or Midline care and dressing changes.
