Registered Nurse – ER

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend requirement: Yes, every other weekend. May be required to work a 7th shift if census increases (scheduled in advance).

Assignment Details

Active CA RN License required at the time of submission. First-time travelers accepted.

Requirements

• Flu vaccination required.
• 2 years of Emergency Department experience required, with Pediatric ED experience specifically required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Assess and triage patients to determine the level of care required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient education and support for family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols.
