Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30). Weekend requirement depends on contract length.

Assignment Details

Contract duration: 16 weeks. Guaranteed hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.

Requirements

• Years of experience required: 3
• Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP
• Local rate match available within a 50-mile radius.
• Precepting skills preferred.
• First-timers accepted.
• Floating to mother-baby unit is required.
• RTO must be included at submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and respond to changes in patient status.
• Assist in the management and care of neonatal patients.
• Educate patients and families regarding labor and delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
