Registered Nurse – ICU

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Floating is required. Ratio of 2-3 patients per nurse.

Requirements

• New York State RN license in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU
• Charge experience is highly preferred
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• Must reside within a 75-mile radius
• First-time travelers may be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, documenting any changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues and treatments.
