**Title**
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care
**Schedule**
Full-Time Evenings (3pm-11:30pm), every other weekend and holidays required.
**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 22-26 weeks
**Requirements**
- BLS Certification (through AHA or RQI only)
- NYS RN Licensure
- Minimum of one (1) year Long-Term Care experience
- Previous supervisory experience
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the operation of the nursing units, providing clinical supervision to staff.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate Nursing Department activities consistent with policies and regulations.
- Assure quality resident care through staff teaching and supervision.
- Communicate effectively with nursing leadership regarding unit problems and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Make administrative decisions in the absence of senior leadership within the designated scope of responsibility.
