We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role involves providing quality care to patients in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on patient needs and demonstrate effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in patient care planning and maintain a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN licensure.
• IV certification required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Work Schedule

The position requires the ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Shifts may be scheduled as either 8 or 12 hours, with location-specific orientation provided over 1-2 shifts.
