Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to patients. This role involves working with individuals suffering from various conditions, including dementia, Parkinson's disease, and major depressive disorder (MDD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Support the health and well-being of patients through compassionate and professional interaction.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs using the PCC electronic medical records system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts.
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend.
• Holiday Requirement: Every third holiday.

Staffing Information:

• Bed Capacity: 39 beds.
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 39 patients.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• Local rates apply within 80 miles, or if using designated housing.
• No charge differential at facilities.
• Fees apply for backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice.
