12H Nights 7PM-7:30AM; Every other weekend and holiday

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Weeks: 14

Requirements

• Must be able to perform admissions and understand the admission process.
• Must know how to perform transfers, discharges, and fall reporting.
• BLS Certification required.
• License to submit is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as per facility standards.
• Administer medications as required.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
