Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including patients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in monitoring patient health status and respond to patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using PCC.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.

Work Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours in length. Weekend and holiday coverage is required every third week.

Patient Care Environment

The facility has a total of 39 beds, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:39.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Experience in geriatric care or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
