Days: 1:10, Nights: 1:20, Weekends: 1:12

Assignment Details

Average Daily Census: 41 beds

Float required based on facility need. Weekend coverage required every other weekend.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required
• 1st time travelers accepted
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
• Skills: LTC, ambulation assistance, feeding assistance, bed care, skin care, pressure injury prevention, vital sign monitoring, and other related nursing duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide care to patients with limitations and specialized needs
• Support patient mobility and hygiene
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care equipment
