Schedule

Mid shift, 5x8 hours (14:00 - 22:00). Weekend coverage required every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Average daily census: 35. Float required based on facility needs.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• License: CNA certification.
• Travellers must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility.
• Skills required include LTC, ambulation assistance, feeding assistance, turning and repositioning, and patient hygiene care.
• Experience with specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts, oxygen tanks, and electronic vital sign equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions.
• Provide support in transferring and positioning patients safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the care environment.
• Document patient care and activities as required.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
