Requirements

• Must have Cerner experience
• Ability to float to PCU, Tele, and Med-Surge level of care as needed
• Current RN license

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Supporting facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
