Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Supporting facility leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
