Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Experience in NICU preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Implement clinical care and supervise staff to ensure delegated care is appropriate
• Support the facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and resource management related to patient care
