**Title**
Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse
**Schedule**
Monday-Friday | 8-hour day shifts
**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
**Requirements**
- Current ONS Chemotherapy Certification (required)
- Immunotherapy Provider Certificate (preferred)
- Recent oncology infusion experience
- EPIC experience with Beacon required
- BLS & ACLS certifications required
- Previous experience mentoring, precepting, or educating infusion nurses strongly preferred
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy infusions to patients.
- Educate and mentor newly hired Oncology and Chemotherapy Infusion RNs.
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and best practices in oncology care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and effectiveness of treatments.
- Provide patient education regarding chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
