**Oncology Nurse Navigator – Oncology**

**Requirements**
- Current Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Current ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification required
- Previous oncology patient navigation/care coordination experience required
- Oncology infusion experience required
- EPIC Beacon experience preferred
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, infusion staff, and ancillary departments.
- Administer occasional chemotherapy infusions as required.
