**Title** Operating Room Registered Nurse – Perioperative **Schedule** 10 Hour Days **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified **Requirements** - Active RN license in the state - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS - Experience in Pre-Op, Operating Room, and PACU - Preferred experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Ophthalmology **Roles & Responsibilities** - Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care during operations. - Prepare patients for surgery by assessing their health status and reviewing surgical consent forms. - Assist in managing the operating room environment, ensuring it is sterile and organized. - Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed during surgical procedures. - Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients in PACU, ensuring their recovery process is closely monitored. - Participate in the on-call rotation as required by the facility. **Compliance / Notes** - All onboarding requirements must be met two weeks prior to start. - Candidates must be able to meet compliance requirements and on-call expectations prior to submission.
