**Title:** Nursing - Patient Care
**Schedule:** Days
**Assignment Details:**
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for designated patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Ensure adherence to established nursing protocols and practices.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
