**TITLE** Registered Nurse – Acute Care **SCHEDULE** Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM **ASSIGNMENT DETAILS** Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13 **REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required - AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required - AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required - At least two years recent experience in the field: Required **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process. - Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines. - Collect and analyze relevant data pertaining to the patient's health. - Develop and implement care plans, employing strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment. - Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and effective patient care. - Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. **COMPLIANCE / NOTES** - All associates are required to receive all necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. - Medical and religious exemptions may apply. - Participation in E-Verify is required.
