**Title**
Registered Nurse – Cardiology
**Schedule**
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Assignment Details**
Contract Weeks: 8
Guaranteed Hours: 40.00
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- At least two years of recent experience in the field preferred
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Gather and analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.

- Required vaccinations for employment and annually thereafter (medical and religious exemptions may apply).
