Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

**Title:** Registered Nurse - Emergency Department **Schedule:** Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 **Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required - Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Required - Recent Emergency Department experience - Required - Greater than 2 years of experience - Required, preferably 3 or more **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. - Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines. - Collect and analyze patient health data, developing intervention plans and assessing progress toward outcomes. - Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care. - Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and team members. - Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care. **Compliance / Notes:** All associates are required to receive all vaccinations as a condition of employment.
