**Title** Registered Nurse – Progressive Care **Schedule** Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift Type: Nights (3x12) Shift Times: 18:45–07:15 Weekends: 8 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule cycle **Assignment Details** Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13-week period **Requirements** - License: Registered Nurse (RN) - Experience: 1 year in Medical-Surgical Intermediate Care - Certifications: BLS, NIHSS - EMR: EPIC - Skills: Telemetry monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation, dysrhythmia management, post-cath patient care, IV management, blood product administration **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide patient-centered care in a progressive care setting. - Monitor and interpret telemetry data. - Manage cardiac drips and respond to dysrhythmias. - Administer medications and blood products as required. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - Participate in rapid response situations as needed. **Compliance / Notes** - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed) - Documentation deadline: 2 Fridays before start date - Pre-start modules: 10–15 hours total, due 1 week prior to start - RTO (return-to-office/time-off) restrictions: Max 7 days - Parking: Free - Scrub Color: Navy
