**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
**Requirements**
- Flu vaccine required
- Must be willing to float if needed
- Not accepting travelers with permanent addresses within 100 miles of the facility
- Maximum of 3 days off requested per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
**Compliance / Notes**
- RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply
