Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

**Title:** Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical **Schedule:** 12-hour Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week **Requirements:** - Active RN license (NH or Compact) at the time of submission - Up-to-date resume reflecting 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical/telemetry - BLS certification required - NHISS certification needed prior to start - ACLS certification required - EMR experience preferred: Cerner - Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% - Skills checklist matching specialty **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical and respiratory care unit. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicate effectively with the healthcare team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. **Compliance / Notes:** - RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission. - Travelers may be requested to float to other partner facilities as needed.
