**Title** Registered Nurse - Med Surg **Schedule** Shift: 12hr Days **Assignment Details** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified **Requirements** - Active RN license required (NH or Compact) - BLS certification required - ACLS certification required - NHISS certification needed prior to start - Minimum of 1-2 years of Med Surg experience - EMR experience preferred (Cerner) - Dysrhythmia Exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% **Roles & Responsibilities** - Provide direct patient care in a med-surg environment. - Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. **Compliance / Notes** RTO must be included at the time of submission. Traveler may be requested to float to partner facilities as needed.
