About the role
**Title:** Labor & Delivery RN
**Requirements:**
- Valid RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate.
- Experience with Epic EHR system.
- Core clinical skills in high-risk labor & delivery, antepartum care, induction/augmentation, and intrapartum fetal monitoring.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Provide care for patients in labor, antepartum, and postpartum periods.
- Assist in high-risk labor management and postpartum hemorrhage management.
- Monitor and assess fetal well-being using electronic fetal monitoring.
- Administer medications and manage IV infusions.
- Assist with C-sections and neonatal resuscitation.
**Compliance / Notes:**
- Orientation: 12 hours.
- Pre-approved time off: two requests at submission.
- Compliance documents due prior to start date.
