**Labor & Delivery RN – Labor & Delivery**
**Schedule**
- Shift: 3 x 12-hour days
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of clinical Labor & Delivery experience
- Active state or Compact nursing license
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including high-risk antepartum management.
- Perform triage of obstetrical patients.
- Assist and circulate for C-sections and recovery.
- Conduct IUPC placement, calibration, and sterile vaginal exams.
- Manage magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, antihypertensives, and anticoagulation.
- Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC) and adhere to isolation precautions/PPE guidelines.
**Compliance / Notes**
- Traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
- Complete core onboarding items within 48 hours of contract signing.
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as travelers.
