Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

36 or 48 hour option available. Float required.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Travel experience preferred
• Patient ratios 1:6
• Must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule, no local candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients with various diagnoses including sepsis, CIWA, and respiratory failure.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
