Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule

3 x 12-hour Night shifts.

Assignment Details

Daily Census: 18; Target Ratios: 1:6-7.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required; NIH preferred.
• Skills in IV Start and Telemetry.
• Must pass EKG Testing prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring medical and surgical intervention.
• Monitor patients' telemetry and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document patient care activities and updates accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
