Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Day shift, 4x12 hours (07:00 - 19:30). Weekends required.

Assignment Details

Available for 36 or 48-hour options. Patient ratios of 1:6. Float to units of equal or lesser acuity.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Willingness to comply with a 50-mile radius rule; no local candidates.
• Ability to float to units of equal or lesser acuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
