Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule

Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. Weekends required.

Assignment Details

36 or 48 hour contract options available, with a patient ratio of 1:6. Floating to units of equal or lesser acuity may be required.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, including assessments and interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
